More good news coming from my Wednesday doctor’s day consult. Monday, I get my last radiation treatment, and so Tuesday, I get my medicine pump, my constant buddy for the last six weeks, disconnected.
Of course, I still have my operation to look forward to in a few weeks, but at least I will get a month’s respite to beef myself up and act like a normal person for a bit.
Even my hair stubble is starting to grow, according to my husband. My wig came yesterday, though, and I look rather good in it. Nobody recognizes me, though. Oh, well.

Well, I don’t know if you would want to post a pix. But one of Buck in the wig would be delightful!
