It seems as though I fell out of bed last night. I wish I could remember important things like this. But who can try to remember something when your consciousness is turned off? At least, I don’t appear to have sustained any damage, other than to my ego.

My sleeping ego, that is. And, well, now my waking ego, since Buck just got to tell me the story of it all.
