**Always the urgency in the morning to write before (too many) other word influences affect me.**

There are words everywhere. I glanced at the mail and there was the daily Caesura letter with a selection of English translations of the opening line to the Dhammapada. The line says that basically we are what we think.

And we are what words we have, what words we say. My son tells me that the beginning of memory in childhood is directly related to the acquisition of language. That sounds right.
