Shandi Finnessey, crowned Miss USA last night, told Reuters she would use her position to help explain America’s involvement in Iraq. “What needed to be done had to be done,” she said. The Associated Press chose not to report Shandi’s plans with her position and nearly every other media outlet is ignoring it.
