bleh.

Had to be at a benefit dinner last night. One we go to every year. Next year, I promise: I’m going to a movie instead.

Soaked in a hot tub this morning to bring my core body temperature up from the deathlike levels it had sunk to overnight, so I haven’t done my morning Shema yet. I hope God isn’t too picky about how late I manage to haul myself down to the library where my siddur and tallit are.

So very hard to get going when you’re surrounded by sleeping cats…
