Some days, you just need to sleep all afternoon. Which I did, and woke up feeling much better. Occasionally I go off the deep end of not eating right, which of course drains me. So now I’ve got myself on a new vitamin regimen (taking one, actually) and the body was soaking up the nutrients during the nap. I wake up feeling rested for a change.
Now I’ll be awake late into the night. Never did trust the night much anyway — got to keep an eye on it.
