Expect many posts to be of a whining nature, with the target of exercise.
I’m actually working out fairly regularly at the local Gold’s Gym, and today I have been in pain. Yesterday, I moved myself up from a sedentary exercise bike to the elliptical trainer. I burned up more calories, and my muscles aren’t letting me forget it.
I think I’ve lost a couple of pounds, though, so it all balances out.
