Local to Cincinnati, but with lotsa implications. I mentioned earlier about one of our Cincinnati City Councilmembers, Sam Malone, who was arrested a week ago for beating up his 14-year-old son so badly that the kid called 911 and had to go to the hospital.
What Buck, my Ever-Trusty Husband™, told me in addition to this, which makes it worse: Sam Malone is a former boxer. A former boxer punches out his 14-year-old kid, and says it’s okay, and people shouldn’t be upset.
I prefer my politicians to be nutty in ways that I don’t find frightening.
