Loft

Just printed out floor plans for some lofts in Boulder that Peter thought we’d like. We do.

Of course, this can’t be simple. I had to delete the old printer driver, and reinstall it. This can’t be simple either. (It wasn’t talking wirelessly to the laptop, which was the whole point of me buying it.)

No printer driver CD. I thought the only way HP delivered lost printer drivers was by CD through snail mail. That’s how they did it last time I had to reinstall. This started a wild search through the house for the CD, which was not where I left it (on the shelf beneath the printer, which was the whole point of putting the shelf beneath the printer, beneath the printer). Who knows where it is? I don’t.

Fortunately, since the last time I had to reinstall the printer drivers, HP has made them available for download. Problem solved.

And yes, I remembered to print out the floor plans.
