Null day

Spent a day separated from time today. That is, I was in the hospital all day, getting there at 8:30 and getting home about 45 minutes ago.

I had a catheter inserted just below my collar bone, to make the administering of chemotherapy easier. Then I saw my would-be surgeon, who seems like a very nice guy. (“Yes, you’ll still be able to eat pizza.”) (We have to get all the important questions answered, you know.)

Now I’m tired, and I’m going to go watch the Sci-Fi channel all night.

  1. Thats my girl, all the important things taken care of first.

Buck take note, stupid tv, shopping, time with family and friends, and the rest of life.

    I just love that girl.

  2. Good to hear that things are moving ahead as normal.

Buck needs to know the important things in life are, tea, shopping, spending time
with family and friends. Ahh life is good, except for that the damm cancer thing.

Please keep praying for my girl, cause we love her so!

  3. Hi Patti,

don’t know if you remember me. Ruben’s friend from Canada:)) Ruben sent me the link to your blog and I have been reading and enjoying. Saddened to hear about your health problems. Just wanted you to know that you will be in my prayers and that I will be sending you possitive vibes. Never hurts to have a Greek in your corner:))

  4. Of course I remember you, Spyros! Thanks for being in my corner.

Ruben has kept me pretty well posted, and shown me pictures of you all and your dragon boats.

Say hi to Cathy for me!
