Checking in…

I have spent the past few days fine-tuning my “Cancer Patient” daily schedule, sub-module entitled “Life during Chemotherapy.” What this involves:

  • watching television
  • eating a scrambled egg with cheese
  • drinking smoothies from Smoothie King
  • keeping myself hydrated
  • taking my medicine
  • going to radiation, if it’s a week-day
  • watching more television
  • going to sleep early

I know how stressful this sounds, but trust me, I am managing. I don’t really have energy for anything else. That’s one thing that is definitely sinking.

Thought I’d check in, though, and see how y’all are doing. Send more comments; I love them!

  1. I think your schedule is just what the doctor ordered. I just wish you had more energy for writing. I’d like to hear which TV programs are most attractive to you (if that’s the right adjective).

By the way, I love the “My Name is Earl” random quotes. I’m now working my way back through the Season 1 DVDs, which was a Christmas present.

  2. Don’t forget to vary the cheese with those eggs. Goat cheese works exceptionally well. And you should send your retired husband for the most ancient cheddar he can find.
