“Carnival of the Vanities” is this week hosted by Signal + Noise. I get to be in the cicada section! I haven’t been watching the Carnival for too long, but this has to be one of the most well-designed issues of it. S+N also has a horridly interesting subtitle — keeps one thinking. Go see.
