Note to self, on tieing up a beef tenderloin

When it comes time to roast your lovely beef tenderloin, and the recipe says to tie it at 1.5″ intervals with kitchen twine and you don’t have any, remember this: NOT ALL OFFICE SUPPLY PRODUCTS ARE ACCEPTABLE, OR INDEED EVEN SUITABLE, SUBSTITUTES FOR THE TWINE! Have a good one. :spam:
