Finally finished . It’s the excellent sort of history book that keeps you going through what would be rough road under a more “ordinary” historian. Antisemitism and moral relativism also firmly and completely put into place. Worth reading, if you are looking for a history book.
I often still read to my son. Yes, he’s eighteen and doesn’t need a bedtime story any more. At least, not one I’d read to him.
