I need some advice from y’all… I am trying to improve how and what I eat, especially since I suddenly have a whole pile of new dietary requirements and restrictions.
Do any of you know which is the best nutrition analysis software for the Macintosh? I’d even be happy with an online service. I need something that’s going to show me every single bit of information about food — vitamins, proteins, etc.
