Twitter started out life as a wonderfully inclusive society.

But now we have rumors of some Twitter clients already reaching an arbitrary 100,000 user cap. No sign of loosening up on Twitter’s part, and now we have the nice new (though not free) App.net.
I am ignoring Twitter now even more than before.
