I have been in a fog of technologic discovery the past 24 hours due to finally having read Shawn Blanc’s review of LaunchBar, which I use when I am not using Alfred. I had not completely realized all that LaunchBar can do that Alfred, as far as I’ve used it, has not.
I can do snippets and possibly save myself from needing to run TextExpander, which I use fairly infrequently.
A thing to remember: finding new and better ways to work is not the same as actually doing the work yourself. I assume that I am not the only person to need to remember this. Therefore…
If you are geeky: use LaunchBar.
If you are not geeky: use Alfred.
