Reading this whole article from Wil Wheaton, himself most noted for his role on TV as Wesley Crusher. No, I’m not sitting here saying “How ironic!” to myself. I think sometimes you need to be, like him, “a genyu-wine TeeVee professional,” to be able to see through the gloss of the medium and get to its (so often) empty little heart.

I have watched more TV in the past three days than I have in the last several months, and I can now declare with great authority: television is teh sucks.
My god. I can’t believe how horrible daytime TV is, and the crap the news networks show to fill their 24 hours is just plain stupid.
