angels and demons

Just did a quick read of Deception Point... Not bad. But I think it’s getting so that I am used to Dan Brown’s rhythms. You get many life-threatening situations, a lovely and extremely smart woman who is uniquely able to help Our Hero solve the puzzle at hand. They fall in love, etc. A highly-placed person turns out to be evil. Who knew? More etc. No secret society, though. Unless you count the NRO.

It gets the old adrenaline going, and one learns much about politics and science. But if you’ve read any of his other books, like Angels and Demons or The Da Vinci Code, you know the drill.
